Lots of vegetarian options at
Happy China. There's the standard vegetable section (with items like Crispy Eggplant, General Tso's Tofu, and Moo Shu Vegetable), plus twelve soy-based items on the "Monk's Special Vegetarian Menu". These include a couple of veggie "beef" dishes, a "pork" dish, and lots of different "chicken" options. We tried two items from the special menu. The veggie chicken in the Monk's Szechuan Chicken is sliced, with a texture similar to extra firm tofu. The Monk's Sesame Chicken is deep-fried cubes, also similar to tofu but very dense and chewy. Both were delicious. They also offer vegetable dumplings and spring rolls, scallion pancakes, sesame balls, and a few vegetarian sushi options.
